My name is Mischa Marple, and welcome to my first post, and first attempt at Illustration Friday. ^^
This is an illustration that I created for Illustration Friday . We were supposed to create an illustration with the word 'wilderness' in mind. This is what I came up with.
Now I didn't submit this, it was more of a warm up. But I will be participating in the near future.
I've been wanting to do something with a native headdress in it for awhile now. I've always found them really pretty, and the word 'wilderness' makes me think of natives. Not gonna lie, Pocahontas was my favorite movie as a child, and still remains one of my top ten. So that might have something to do with me immediately jumping to this.

I love the background image, it just gives the drawing so much more. Plus, it's pretty cool looking.
